Barry Carpenter is the CEO & Executive Director of the National Meat Association (NMA).

He started in his position in Feb. 2007. Until the end of 2006, he was Deputy Administrator of the Livestock and Seed Program, Agricultural Marketing Service. During his tenure at USDA he led the development and implementation on many high profile issues.

Rosemary Mucklow is Director Emeritus

She has held her position since 1982, when the Western States Meat Packers Association and Pacific Coast Meat Association merged to form the stronger, broad-based organization it is today. Mucklow has been associated with the meat industry for more than 40 years.
