OAKLAND, CA -- National Meat Association is pleased to announce its MEATXPO'99 and 53rd Annual Convention February 17-20, 1998. The Convention will be held at the Doubletree Hotel Monterey and the Monterey Marriott Hotel in Monterey, California.

NMA's MEATXPO'99 features first class exhibitors from consultants to equipment manufacturers. The concurrent Annual Convention will be packed with seminars, workshops talking primary and crisis issues, as well as many other activities. Topics include HACCP, industry unity, current regulations, recalls, legislation, marketing issues and labor relations, and each will be addressed by experts in the field.
