NATIONAL MEAT ASSOCIATION – MEATXPO 2001 (Please be patient while the photographs load)
	NMA Executive Director Rosemary Mucklow and President Terry Caviness cut the ribbon to open the Expo Floor at NMA’s MEATXPO’01 and 55^th Annual Convention, at the Rio Suite and Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada.
	The expo floor was sizzling with sales, like this one at the Reiser Booth.
	As you can see MEATXPO’01 was one of the largest ever of NMA’s events.
	Of course our roundtables were packed with attendees seeking the latest information on any of a variety of fast breaking subject matter.
	Attendees enjoyed one excellent meal after another.
	And the Board of Directors met to do business as usual. This year’s guest speaker (seated to Executive Director Rosemary Mucklow’s left in the photo) was FSIS Associate Administrator Margaret Glavin.
	Keynote speaker R. Randolf Devening, CEO of Foodbrands America, delivered a detailed talk on case-ready and its future.
